- Doctors of Dehradun District Hospital say that out of 150 pregnant women coming to OPD every day, about 15 women are such who suffer from premature labor pain. This figure is increasing, which shows the seriousness of this problem. If you want to avoid premature delivery, then take care of yourself, eat a balanced diet.
